Signs
I.
Off premise signs and billboards, which convey messages or advertise services or
products, excepting political signs and religious signs, not directly associated
with the property on which they are located are allowed only in the following
zones: Commercial (C), Light Industrial (ML), and Heavy Industrial (MH).
II. Where allowed, off premise signs may not be located closer that
1,000 feet to another lawfully existing off premise sign.
