Enforcement and Administrative Personnel
The Judge-Executive or County Administrator shall appoint
enforcement and administrative personnel. All other provisions of this
zoning code and any other County ordinances notwithstanding, the Judge-Executive
or the County Administrator shall have sole direction for appointing personnel
for the enforcement and administration of this zoning code.
