Administrative Jurisdiction
The County may employ a staff or contract with planners
or other persons, as it deems necessary to accomplish its assigned duties as
delineated in KRS CH. 100.
The administrative and enforcement officer has initial authority for the
literal enforcement of these zoning regulations. They have no
discretionary authority to allow any departure from the literal conformance with
the zoning regulations.
The Circuit Court has jurisdiction to determine all questions and issues
properly brought before it on appeal from the decisions of the Board of
Adjustment or Planning Commission.
