Purpose
The purpose of this Article is to define certain words
and phrases commonly used in zoning regulations. The words and terms
expressed in the present tense include the future tense. Singular words
and phrases include the plural. The word "may" is permissive, while
"shall" and "will" are mandatory. The following definitions shall apply, unless
the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
