Access Control
No point of access shall be allowed within 25 feet of the
intersection in the right-of-way of two streets, highways or roads. The board
may grant variances. No curb or right-of-way shall be cut or altered
without acquiring a permit from the office of the County Road Department .
Requirements of the permit, including but not limited to the application, design
requirements, and improvement bonds shall be done in a manner specified by the
County Zoning Administrator.
