Penalties
Where an act or omission is prohibited or declared
unlawful in this chapter, and no penalty of fine or imprisonment is otherwise
provided, the offender shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction,
shall be fined not less than $10.00 but not more than $500.00 or be imprisoned
for not more than 30 days, or both, for each offense or violation. Every
day the offense continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
