Erosion Control
Plans for storm water conveyance systems shall include
appropriately designed temporary and permanent erosion-control measures for the
open channel structures and all de-vegetated land draining to both open and
closed conduits within the system. (Refer to Best Management Practice for
Construction Activities prepared by the Kentucky Natural Resources and
Environmental Protection Cabinet - should be used as a design manual for erosion
and sediment control.)
